INJURY WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This waiver and release of liability covers any event hosted by Pro Level Combines and PLSA Sports Management Group LLC 

I acknowledge that participating in athletic events carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, permanent disability, and death. I freely assume all risks associated with my participation, whether caused by the condition of the equipment, the venue, or the negligence of the event organizers, volunteers, or other participants.

I hereby waive, release, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or death arising out of my participation in this event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I authorize emergency medical treatment in the event of an injury or illness during the event and agree to be financially responsible for any medical costs incurred.

I certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event. I have read this waiver completely and understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by agreeing to it. I further understand that by registering for and remitting payment to attend this event, I am hereby agreeing to this Injury Waiver & Release Of Liability in it's entirety.
