As part of your registration to any PLSA Sports Management Group LLC and / or Custom Event Operations LLC (CEO) events, you hereby agree to adhere to the following rules which govern the conduct of participants and their guests.

* All participants will conduct themselves in a professional manner AT ALL TIMES while on the testing facility premises.

* All participants are responsible for the conduct of their guests whIle on the event premises.

* Alcohol, Drugs & Tobacco IN ANY FORM are strictly prohibited. 

* Weapons OF ANY KIND are not permitted on premises and are strictly prohibited.

* If event staff suspect any participant is under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs, the participant will be disqualified from participation and removed from the premises without refunds.

 * No cell phones or any other recording devices will be permitted within the premises. Guests may record and take pictures from designated areas.

* Participants and / or their guests will be respectful of event staff, scouts, facility staff, media, etc and will respct any rules or changes to rules which may occur.

* Participants and / or their guests will be responsible for any damages and / or excessive cleanup which occur due to conduct which is determined to be excessive and malicious. 

* Fighting, Bullying, Harassment or any conduct that is in violation of local state, federal laws, facility or event organizer rules by either the participant and / or guests will result in immediate removal from facility.

* All guests of participants must remain in designated areas during events. Guests are not permitted within the indoor or outdoor testing areas nor permitted to loiter along the barricades.  All guests must remain within the designated seating areas.

* Participants will not enter or attempt to enter any areas deemed to be restricted; including but not limited to test data recording areas.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION AND REMOVAL FROM THE FACILITY WITHOUT REFUNDS.

VIOLATION(s)  OF ANY LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL LAWS WHILE ON THE EVENT PREMISES MAY RESULT IN POLICE INTERACTIONS.
